Electromobility and extreme cold
The Renault Trucks E-Tech T Diamond Echo electroluminescent electric truck has completed its 23,000 km European tour in Finnish Lapland. A stage marked by arctic temperatures!

Feedback from the extreme cold
With temperatures falling as low as -19°C, the electric truck maintained performance levels comparable to those of diesel trucks. The cold caused a slight (10 to 15%) increase in fuel consumption, mainly due to factors impacting all engine types, including aerodynamics and winter tyres.
